STAGE 3 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We are pleased to provide our first monthly construction update on the building progress of your new apartments. Once again congratulations and welcome to everyone that has secured their new home at The Residences. With all the bulk excavation completed in June, Parkview Constructions are off to a great start with all site sheds, site offices and perimeter fencing being established. During the month of July all basement stormwater services and concrete floor slab has been completed. The erection of the ground floor perimeter walls has commenced with Parkview targeting fortnightly cycles for each wall section. The first section of the suspended Terrace level floor slab will also be completed early in the month.
We are currently working on setting up a time-lapse photography on site before the end of September, and in the meantime, don’t forget to follow us on Facebook for regular photo updates. Parkview has indicated the current anticipated completion date to be July 2018. In our endeavour to provide open and transparent information, each month we will continue to pass on Parkview’s estimated completion date based on their current building program.
