The Residences has sold 13 out of the 18 available apartments in our new stage, Kendall Building, due for completion July 2018. This has been achieved without any formal marketing and is a true testament to our community here. Many of the new apartments feature dual north and south orientation and floor to ceiling heights in excess of 3 metres.
